Common benchmarks may include user enrollment rates, completion rates of training modules, and post-training employment outcomes. For example, a target might be that at least 70% of users complete customized learning paths and achieve significant improvement in their job placement rates within six months of participation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Track
Applicants are expected to track a range of KPIs crucial for measuring success. These include:
- User satisfaction ratings collected through surveys;
- Average time taken to complete training modules;
- The percentage of users who transition into relevant job roles post-training; and
- Retention rates of engaged users across the platform.
Evaluation and Reporting Requirements
